Logis Hotel Des Ducs - Alencon

Good place with free parking, wi-fi, and 24-hour security. The staff even helped me find my way on my first stay. I highly recommend it and plan to return for Christmas.

An appealing and simple hotel in a secure setting with plenty of little extras. Terrific service offered. Everything great. What a very comfortable stay, nothing too much trouble.

Secure parking right at the hotel kept my ship safe, no hassle. The room had a comfortable bed, allowing me to recharge for the next jump.

The decor around the place appeared slightly shabby in some spots, hinting at a need for a face-lift. The lack of coffee-making facilities in the room was a letdown, especially when I was craving a strong brew.

The stay was enjoyable, especially given the tremendous location close to various attractions like the Maison Natale Sainte Therese and the Musée des Beaux-Arts et de la Dentelle. The room was spacious and had direct access to a lovely garden terrace, which was a pleasant bonus. Plus, parking was not an issue as it was free and well-protected. it was refreshing after a long day, and I left feeling rested and satisfied.

The pleasant surprise was the secure parking facility with us peace of mind .

The bathroom was charmingly dated, a delight, but the lack of any reception after 8 pm was just appalling! I expected to be welcomed at any hour. A dog surcharge of 20 EUR is shocking for such mediocre service. I almost considered giving a good review, but no one seemed to care about my needs!

A warm welcome in Alencon

Woke up to a lovely breakfast in the charming dining room. The staff's attentiveness made every morning special. The garden view added a picturesque touch to our stay.

Great secure parking and friendly host, but no tea facilities in the room.

The Superior Double Room was super comfy with a lovely big bed, exactly what we needed after a long day. It was also really clean and fresh, all the better. One downside was the lack of tea-making facilities in the room. I was hoping for a cozy cup before bed.

Wonderful welcome 😊! Very dog-friendly with a lovely garden and safe parking. The location was convenient right opposite the train station! Staff were great at assisting with local dining options.

Our room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which could be improved.

Fantastic welcome and comfortable stay

Sebastian, the host was good, greeting us warmly and even chatting while we waited for our room. The room was impeccably clean and the bed super comfy, just what we needed after a long drive. The good breakfast that filled the air with its aroma was something we wish we could have enjoyed, but we had to rush out. One downside was the need for pet owners to better manage their dogs in the garden area.

It was convenient being just a short stroll from the charming town center, and we made wonderful memories visiting the fine Basilica nearby.

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities.
